Responsibilities:
Conducting financial analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of business projects.
Preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasts.
Participation in budgeting and financial planning.
Cost analysis and identification of optimization opportunities.
Support for strategic decision-making based on financial data.
Preparation of presentations for management and investors.
Monitoring of financial indicators and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Research of financial markets and analysis of the competitive environment in different countries.

Requirements:
Higher education in finance, economics or related disciplines.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the IT field or an international company.
Knowledge of the principles of financial analysis, accounting and reporting.
Strong command of Excel; experience working with BI-tools will be an advantage.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work with large amounts of data and draw informed conclusions.
Knowledge of English at least Upper-Intermediate level; knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
Experience working with International Financial Standards (IFRS) will be an advantage.
The ability to work in a team and effectively interact with different departments.
